And the Oscar goes to...

One month ago, I wrote about the Oscar nominees, but I didn't bet for any winner. Probably, because nowadays I only have seen 3 of the nominated films: Collateral, Closer and Million Dollar Baby.

Oscar host Chris Rock performs his monologue to open the ceremony, and his jokes were very funny. Chris Rock made a good job with his presentation of 77th Annual Academy Awards.

4 Top Oscars go to Clint Eastwood's Million Dollar Baby, then that film was the great winner of the night. The Aviator of Martin Scorsese, that had 11 nominations, finally achieved 5 Oscars, and only one was in top of important Oscars.

These are the Oscar winners on 77th Annual Academy Awards:

Best Actress in a leading role:
Hilary Swank - MILLION DOLLAR BABY

Best Actor in a leading role:
Jamie Foxx - RAY

Best Actress in a supporting role:
Cate Blanchett - THE AVIATOR

Best Actor in a supporting role:
Morgan Freeman - MILLION DOLLAR BABY

Best Directing:
Clint Eastwood - MILLION DOLLAR BABY

Best Picture:
MILLION DOLLAR BABY

The Incredibles won best animated feature and best achievement in sound editing. And the Oscar for best foreign film went to The Sea Inside or Mar Adentro, directed by Alejandro Amenabar, and starring by Javier Bardem and Belen Rueda.

Finally, I want to explain something about the Best Original Song Oscar to Jorge Drexler for Al Otro Lado Del Río from The Motorcycle Diaries film. Jorge Drexler can't sing his song on ceremony, and the song was interpreted by Antonio Banderas and Santana. Then, when Jorge Drexler went to give the Oscar, he song some words of Al Otro Lado Del Río.

After the Oscar Awards ceremony, the actors had hungry. This photograph of Hillary Swank eating an hamburguer confirmed our sentence:
